Grown Up Watermelon Slush
Whip up this simple summer slush in minutes, using real ingredients and no added sugar.
- 1 watermelon (personal size)
- 2 cups Tequilla
- 8 oz lime juice (or juice of 2 fresh limes)
- 1/4 cup agave nectar (or maple syrup to taste)
- Remove the rind from the watermelon, and cut into cubes.
- Place cubes on a cookie sheet, or freezer bag, to freeze for at least an hour. Put frozen watermelon, tequila, lime juice, and agave nectar (to taste) into the blender or food processor.
Serve immediately.
