Kansas City Dietitian Finds Cheap Source of Gas

With gas prices anywhere from $3.50 to $4.00 per gallon I decided it is time to share my secret with you. Yes, I have located a super cheap and readily available source of gas. It is also carbon-footprint friendly. You won’t find it at your neighborhood gas station.

However, you will find it at your local discount grocery store. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, I am talking about fiber. With enough fiber you could run an entire country. How much fiber does it take, you ask? Each of us should be eating between 30 and 45 grams of fiber daily. Besides providing plenty of gas, fiber also reduces cholesterol levels and makes you feel more full. It improves colon health, cardiovascular health, and reduces blood sugar. What a great deal! All the gas that you can use AND all of these health benefits. You can find more information on my website under the Topics heading, under Habits of Healthiness. And don’t forget to ordor my Veggies are Sexy gas masks before they sell out!
