What is a Brog Blog? My greatest desire is to help people. I love to see that Aha!! Moment, when people “get it.” When it dawns on a person that in many ways they create their own destiny. The simple choices we make every day determine how healthy we will be. I have found that super simple ideas have the biggest impact. That is how the Brog Blog was created. Brog stands for: B for blue/purple, R for red, O for orange and G for green. Brog your meals. Make sure you eat a fruit or vegetable that is blue/purple, red, orange and/ or green every day. This will help you to take in all of the essential vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients every day. Brogging is easy to do. And no I am not talking about M&M’s or Skittles.
