Make a salad of chopped mixed lettuces, chopped broccoli, baby spinach, celery, grape tomatoes, green and red peppers, purple onions (add all the raw veggies you can think of)
1 boiled egg, chopped
1 Tbs. shredded cheese
1 slice Morningstar bacon, cooked and broken into small pieces
Sunflower seeds or raw nuts
Drizzle ½ tablespoon of your favorite dressing mixed with olive oil or fat free milk. This gives you the flavor of your favorite dressing but makes it much healthier.
