Broccoli & Grape Salad

This salad makes a great potluck dish!

4 Cups broccoli florets, cleaned and chopped
1 cup red grapes, halved
1 cup green grapes, halved
1 cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped green onions

Mix gently.

1/3-cup plain fat free yogurt
1/3-cup fat free mayonnaise
1/3-cup mayonnaise
(You can divide these any way that you’d like. You could have half yogurt and half fat free mayonnaise. I have found this combination to be very tasty and not so high in calories.)
1/3 cup Splenda or Sugar
1-Tablespoon Cider Vinegar

Mix these ingredients. Stir into fruit and vegetable mix. Before serving stir in 2/3 cup sliced almonds. (Or you can use walnuts, pecans, or pine nuts. They all taste yummy.)
