Black Bean & Corn Salad

20 oz. drained and rinsed black beans
20 oz. canned or 16 oz. frozen corn
1 large red bell pepper, diced
20 oz. tomatoes, diced
1 red onion, diced
3 Tbs. olive oil
3 Tbs. lemon juice
2 Tbs. white vinegar
1 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and let marinate in fridge overnight (or longer).
