Place ½-1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries in bowl. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of old fashioned oatmeal on berries. Add water. Cook in microwave. Remove and top with ¼ cup almonds. Or you can also top your berries with ½ cup plain granola, ¼ cup almonds, 8 oz. fat free yogurt or skim milk.
