2 Kashi Whole Grain Frozen Waffles, toasted
Strawberries or blueberries
Nonfat plain yogurt
1 Tbs. whey protein
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Splenda (if desired)
Add whey protein and vanilla to yogurt and mix. Top waffles with yogurt and then berries, or mix berries and yogurt and top waffles.
