Creamy Mexican Salsa

3 cups fat free plain Greek style yogurt (homemade or store bought)
4 oz. can chopped green chilies, drained
¼ cup prepared Mexican salsa (your choice)
¼ cup finely chopped cilantro
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
¼ cup finely chopped green onions
1 Tbs. Lime juice
1/8 tsp. Salt (optional)
1/8 tsp. Black pepper (optional)
Sexy Veggies for Skinny Dipping—carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, cucumbers, zucchini, pea pods, etc.

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the yogurt with all remaining ingredients except salt and pepper. Allow to chill covered for 15 minutes or more. Before serving, taste and add salt and pepper, if desired. Serve with Sexy Veggies.
