Glenna Moe, MS, RD, LDN

Spend an hour with Glenna. She will gently guide you toward optimum wellness in body, mind, and soul through nutrition. She has the unique ability to connect with you and discern your individual needs. She has much experience helping people with heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and weight loss. She has created an innovative nutrition wellness program she calls Veggies are Sexy.

Experience Glenna has worked for many years in the Saint Luke’s Cardiac Rehab Programs and the Executive Health Management Program. She presents “Foods that Heal” Conferences around the Kansas City area and is a frequent motivational speaker for professional and community groups. In her spare time, she enjoys keeping up on all of the newest nutrition research and running 5K road races. Her passion, besides her family, is helping people learn how to nourish their body and soul using healing foods.

Professional Glenna is a registered and licensed dietitian.  She is a member of the American Dietetic Association with additional memberships in the Diabetes, Vegetarian, Complementary Care, Weight Management, and the Sports and Cardiovascular Dietetic Practice Groups.

She is a professional member of the American Heart Association and the National Lipid Association having presented workshops at their professional meetings.

Glenna has created an innovative wellness program called Veggies are Sexy.
