This year has been strange, but we have loved still being able to help navigate your health journey even when we couldn’t meet face-to-face. In October, we quietly opened our new office at 121st and Metcalf in Overland Park. In-person visits are available by request, but you can continue to schedule virtual appointments and most insurance plans are still covering them.
What’s next for you in 2021? If your 2021 goals include finally getting a grasp on your hormonal or digestive difficulties, maintaining a healthy weight, or switching up your eating patterns, we are here to help. We have accountability plans for everyone that range from weekly virtual check ins to biweekly calls starting at $160/month. We have also started offering more functional testing options. These tests are not diagnostic and are meant to be an extension of the testing you do through your doctor’s office, not a replacement. The three most popular panels that we offer are:
1. The Comprehensive Micronutrient Panel, which helps us test for nutrient deficiencies. This is great for people who are chronically fatigued, have digestive difficulties resulting in a limited diet, or are training for optimal athletic performance.
- Gut health testing, which helps us measure bacterial, viral, and fungal imbalances and gut inflammation. This gives us directed focus for those struggling with any digestive difficulty, from heartburn to diarrhea or constipation and everything in between.
- Functional hormone testing, which helps us get a continuous read on your hormones, rather than a static point in time. This is great for people who have stubborn weight loss, heavy, painful or irregular periods, or PCOS.

Virtual Cooking Party
Finally, we are excited to connect with you virtually through our second Virtual Cooking Party, Saturday, March 6th at 4:30 pm. We will be learning to cook a Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower, Quinoa Pot Pie, and Dessert Hummus. We hope you can join us!
