Cooking with Spices for IBS and Chronic Inflammation
Herbs and spices are meant for more than just savoring and flavoring they can have therapeutic effects on our health too. In this class, we will talk about how health starts in the kitchen with spices. This class is not your typical cooking class, we will be talking about and experiencing the health benefits of cooking with spices. You will gain confidence in selecting the right spices, preparing them for maximum health benefits and pairing them for the best flavor. This class is specifically targeted towards incorporating spices in new ways that promote healing in the gut and in chronic inflammation.
