You probably already know that yoga can help you become more flexible or zen-ed out, but did you know it can also help keep you regular? You know… reggggular.
Join Registered Dietitians, Bethany Frazier, of The Kansas City Dietitian and Karlee Golightly of Moxie Mind for a fun 45-minute yoga flow to re-align mind, body, and GI tract. This class will take place on the south side lawn of the Nelson-Atkins Museum.
Bring your water, yoga mat (we will have some to share too), and a friend. We will close out the morning with an informal nutrition Q&A, samples to try and some prizes too!
The class is FREE, donations can be made at the time of registration or on the day of the event.
