Following are the ingredients you need on hand to follow The Simple Diet:

Limes/Lemons/Oranges

Italian parsley
Fresh and/or frozen vegetables (broccoli, spinach, peppers, etc.)
Fresh and/or frozen fruit
Old fashioned oatmeal
Brown rice
Bulgur
100% whole wheat bread
Whole grain cereals
Ground flaxseed
Whey protein isolate (It is OK if it contains creatine or other minerals. Should not contain sugar.)
Fat free plain yogurt
Skim milk
Eggs
Low fat cheese
Orange juice
Almonds
Olive oil
Cumin
Paprika
Sea salt
Pepper
Cinnamon
Rice wine vinegar
Honey
1/3 Cup Sesame Tahini (Available in Middle Eastern Markets & Health Food Stores)
Natural peanut butter or almond butter
Skinless chicken breast
