Tuna Salad on Whole Wheat Bread

1-2 slices 100% whole wheat bread
Canned albacore tuna
Chopped onions
1 tsp pickle relish
¼ tsp mustard
¼ tsp. mayonnaise
Nonfat, plain yogurt (if desired)

Combine ingredients. If the tuna salad seems too dry, add nonfat, plain yogurt until desired consistency (¼ tsp dried dill also adds a nice flavor to the tuna). Place on bread with lettuce leaf, sliced tomato, sliced red onion, and sliced cucumbers.

Serve with broccoli florets (olive oil drizzle or hummus) and fresh fruit—apples, pear, orange, grapes, berries, or melon.
