Burrito

Sprouted grain or whole wheat tortilla
½ cup canned black beans or canned vegetarian refried beans
Chopped black olives and/or sliced canned mushrooms (other vegetables that work well are chopped zucchini and yellow squash)
Add sliced raw nuts for crunch and flavor
1 Tbs. shredded cheese
Salsa

Put above ingredients in tortilla. Roll. Microwave for 1-2 minutes. Serve with a few broccoli florets and carrot sticks. Use hummus for a dip if desired or drizzle with olive oil-balsamic vinegar-minced garlic mixture.

Serve with fruit such as grapes, orange slices, pear, or apple.
