Breakfast and Lunch are the most important meals of the day. If you have nourished yourself well these two meals, the dinner meal is easy.
The dinner meal should be your lightest meal of the day. A one-dish meal is great if it includes healthy protein and lots of color.
All of these meals have met that requirement. By adding a favorite fruit to the meal and perhaps a glass of skim milk you are good for the rest of the evening. You should have very little desire to snack. If you need a little something else, reach for a square of the darkest chocolate you can find and perhaps a nice cup of herbal tea.
