Apple Cake

1 cup white flour
1 cup wheat flour (can substitute oat, buckwheat or wheat bran or oat flour).
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 ½ Cups sugar
¾ cup applesauce
2 eggs
¼ cup oil
1 Tablespoon melted butter
4 cups chopped apples

Topping:
½ Cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon Flour
2 Tablespoons Oil
1 Tablespoon melted butter
½ cup oats softened in ¼ cup water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream oil, melted butter, applesauce and sugar together. Add eggs and mix.
Combine dry ingredients in another bowl. Combine and mix dry and creamed mixture. Add nuts and apples. Mix. Spread out in greased 9 x 13 pan.

Topping:
Combine brown sugar, oats, flour, oil and melted butter. Sprinkle topping across top of cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
