1 cup of almond meal (Chop almonds as fine as possible in the food processor.)
1 cup oat flour (same process as above-measure after chopping)
1 cup whole wheat flour
Add ½ cup canola oil and ½ cup maple syrup or agave nectar. (Agave nectar, which can be purchased at the health food store, does not raise the blood glucose level.)
Roll out and cut with a glass or cookie cutter. Add ½ teaspoon sugar-free jelly in a depression in the center of each.
Bake at 350 degrees until nicely browned.
