Morning Rice

1 cup cooked (can be leftover) brown rice
½ cup fat free no sugar added yogurt
1 Tbsp whey protein
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
2 teaspoons honey or brown sugar or Splenda
1 serving fruit of choice chopped
2 tablespoons raisins or choice of fruit

Mix all ingredients together in medium bowl. Can serve hot by heating in microwave or also very good cold.
