Breakfast Sandwich

1 Whole Wheat English Muffin
1 serving Egg substitute or 1 egg + 2 egg whites
1 slice alpine lace cheese
1 Morningstar Breakfast Patty- cooked in microwave for 45 seconds
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed

Prepare “scrambled” eggs and flaxseed in a pan coated with olive oil spray. Toast English muffin. Place cooked egg, cooked breakfast patty, and cheese on muffin. Try adding sliced green pepper, sliced onion or sliced tomato. Microwave for 30 seconds to melt cheese.

Serve with 1 serving of fresh fruit.
