Nonfat Lox Spread

8 oz. nonfat yogurt
4 oz. nonfat cream cheese, softened
3 oz. smoked salmon or lox
1/2 Tbs lemon pepper (or a bit more to taste)
1/2 medium red onion, diced (or more to taste)

Mix cream cheese and yogurt well.  Add remainder of ingredients.  Chill before serving.
